What is TOG?
TOG is a unit that meassures the thermal capacity (warmth) of a fabric.
The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the product.
Choosing a TOG
The TOG measures the thermal insulance (warmth) of the sleeping bag. You should pick the TOG based on the temperature of the room where your baby is going to sleep. Our TOG guide can help you pick the sleeping bag that is best for you:
- SUMMER WEIGHT: TOG 0.4 and TOG 0.5: for rooms between 23 and 27 degrees.
- MIDWEIGHT: TOG 1.0: for rooms around 21 degrees.
- WINTER WEIGHT: TOG 2.5: for rooms between 16 and 21 degrees.
