The TOG measures the thermal insulance (warmth) of the sleeping bag. You should pick the TOG based on the temperature of the room where your baby is going to sleep. Our TOG guide can help you pick the sleeping bag that is best for you:
- SUMMER WEIGHT: TOG 0.4 and 0.5: between 23ºC and 27ºC
- MIDWEIGHT: TOG 1.0: between 21ºC and 23ºC
- WINTER WEIGHT: TOG 2.5: between 16ºC and 21ºC
It replaces sheets, blankets, and duvets, giving your baby a safer sleep. They also feature a double-direction zipper to make nighttime changes a little bit easier and a piece of fabric on the upper part that prevents friction with your baby's skin.
How to keep your baby warm? Depending on the temperature, you can put a short or long-sleeve bodysuit or pyjamas under the sleeping bag.
