Returns, cancels and exchanges
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH A RETURN?
Items must be returned in their original condition, provided they have not been washed or used and retain the original labels and hygiene stickers still attached, within 30 days of receipt of the products. In the case of UK and USA, the maximum return period is 15 days.For all orders placed from November 25th, we are extending the return period until January 10th.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns can take 7 to 10 working days from the date of delivery to be assessed and processed by us. Once your return or refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification.Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used to place the order. Depending on your payment method or bank, please allow up to 10 working days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
WHO COVERS THE COST OF THE RETURN?
The customer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the product. These costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund:Spain 4€.
Portugal 6€.
EU 11€.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU
Returns outside the EU must be reported through our returns tool, and the customer will be responsible for choosing the carrier that best suits him/her and making the shipment.
Please note:
You will find the return address and other details by following the instructions in the returns tool.
Remember to ask us for the original invoice and the DUA of the order to make the return, which must travel with the return documentation to avoid additional customs costs.
It is important that no more than 15 days have passed since the date of receipt of the order to make the return, and thus avoid extra customs costs in the management of the return. In the unlikely event of a return after 30 days, Customs will penalise us and the customer will have to assume an additional cost of +21% of the amount of the returned items. In this case, this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.
For returns outside the EU, the return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer as indicated in the Retail Trade Regulations.
Molis&co does not cover possible customs charges and only accepts returns outside the EU sent DAP (Delivered At Place). Returns sent without paying customs charges will be deducted from the refund; if this covers the full amount of the refund, no refund will be issued.
At the time of shipment you must declare the actual value of the item(s). In this case you must declare the correct value that you paid for the item(s) and that you will find on the invoice. Declaring the value as 0 only causes us problems when processing the return and may delay your refund.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
In order for orders to arrive quickly at your address, once payment has been made they are prepared in our warehouse. For this reason we are unable to cancel or modify your order at this stage. Instead, we ask you to follow the returns procedure when the order arrives at your address.
